When paying via Direct Deposit please use your full name as the reference so I know it belongs to you. Failure to do this will delay the posting of your order.

Guarantees and Warranties
We will guarantee the purchases will be there within 7-10 working days if it is sent via registered post. Unfortunately if you do not register post the purchases, we will not be liable for the loss.
Returns Policy:
We must be contacted via email within 2 days of receiving the order. The customer will require filling in a form and sending the form with the receipt and product with in 7 working days of receiving confirmation from us.
Replacement:
If satisfied the product is not damaged we will either replace or refund the items back via direct deposit.
Customer Support:
Customers will be requested to email us if they are not satisfied with there purchase and we will endeavor to do anything in our power to rectify the situation.
REFUNDS
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form (see below), and return the product in its original condition with its packaging within 5 days after receiving confirmation from us. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
